By using Halal Food Drop ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

The service

Halal Food Drop helps users discover halal restaurants, save favorites, submit listings, and share reviews. Restaurant halal status, hours, and other details may come from public sources, business owners, or community submissions. We do not guarantee that every listing is halal-certified or currently accurate. Always verify with the restaurant before ordering.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app.

User content

When you submit restaurants, photos, or reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and moderate that content in the app. Do not post false, offensive, or infringing material. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Business listings

Claiming or sponsoring a listing does not transfer ownership of the underlying business data. False ownership claims may result in removal.

Payments

Sponsorship features may involve third-party payment processors. Their terms apply to checkout flows.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on listing information.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
